FAQ
The questions worth asking.
If you're doing your homework before you ever call, good — you should be. Here are honest answers to what patients ask us most.
Before you choose anyone
The one credential to verify.
More than any review or gallery, one thing separates a plastic surgeon from a "cosmetic surgeon": certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Ask any practice you're considering — including this one — and verify it yourself. The rest of these answers follow from that same standard.
Answers
Everything patients ask.
Are your surgeons board-certified?
Yes. Both Dr. Marchetti and Dr. Reyes are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery — the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties for plastic surgery of the entire body. It is the certification to look for, and the one many injectors and 'cosmetic surgeons' do not hold.
Is the consultation really no-pressure?
It is. Your consultation is a conversation with the surgeon who would perform your procedure. You'll get an honest opinion — including when we think you shouldn't have surgery — and a written quote. There is never an obligation to book.
Who performs my procedure and my injectables?
Your surgeon performs your surgery, start to finish. Injectables and skin are performed by our licensed master injector. We do not delegate treatment to unlicensed staff — the person who consults with you is the person who treats you.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We accept all major cards and partner with CareCredit and Cherry for monthly plans, including options with no interest if paid within the promotional period. See our financing page for details, or ask at your consultation.
Will my results look natural?
That is the entire point of how we practice. Our aesthetic is conservative and structure-first — we would rather refine than reinvent. If your goal is a dramatic, obvious change, we may not be the right practice, and we'll say so.
How private is the before-and-after gallery?
Every image in our gallery is shared with explicit, written patient consent, and many patients choose to keep their results private. Nothing is ever posted without permission. At your consultation we can show additional cases privately in the room.

Still have a question?
The best answers come from an examination. Book a no-pressure consultation and ask us anything.
