There is a version of cosmetic medicine that treats every consultation as a menu and every patient as a chance to add one more thing. We practice the opposite, and it is a deliberate choice.
The goal is you, rested — not you, replaced
The results we are proudest of are the ones nobody can name. A patient's friends notice they look well, ask if they've been on holiday, and can't say why. That is the aesthetic we chase: refinement that reads as good health rather than good surgery.
You can always add; you can't easily subtract
Overfilled faces and overdone features are difficult and sometimes impossible to reverse. Doing slightly less and inviting you back for a small refinement is safer than overcorrecting a feature you can never fully get back. This is why we fit implant sizers in the mirror, preview a profile before a rhinoplasty, and review injectables at two weeks.
Saying no is part of the job
Sometimes the most valuable thing a surgeon can tell you is that you don't need the procedure you came in asking for. We would rather lose a booking than give you a result that ages badly. That honesty is the whole practice.
